The location is great - you can walk to Harvard and Harvard Square, and there is a bus along Kirkland St if you need it. Lots of shops/takeaways/groceries around Harvard Sq and Brattle St,, and Broadway Market is a couple of blocks away on Broadway. Irving Street is quiet, safe, and residential. Everything is provided so it's easy to get setup if you're moving from overseas/interstate. I worked at Harvard but also at home, and used the building wifi. Mark, the owner, is a good guy, and easy to talk to. Ivy Inn is a nice, convenient place to live if you're working/studying at Harvard or MIT.

Had an amazing time in the private room on the first floor. My room was completely furnished and had everything I needed. The location is unbeatable. Comfortable and Convenient.

 Nate Cole, Tenant

“Living at the Cambridge Ivy Inn is a treat. The rooms are beautifully decorated and fellow tenants are friendly. It is a lovely place to kick back and relax after a long day of studying or working, in large part due to Mark, the owner‘s warmth and responsiveness.“

Brayan Romero, Tenant

Had an amazing time at the 2 bedroom apartment in the first floor. The convenience to having a kitchen close is excellent. The apartment was fully renovated so the whole kitchen and room are completely new. Walking distance to Harvard campus and next to Haskell Hall, makes it a perfect location!

Maria Duran, Tenant

"I lived there for 6 months in 2019-2020. It was my last trip before Covid-19 and its good to remember that time. All of the building was reconstructed and the facilities were reorganized. The house is very close to Harvard, you will practically wake up on the libraries and have time to take a nap in between classes. Mark Roderick is very pleasant and the community is quiet and peaceful. Besides, for Brazillians, It's good to have a landlord who speaks Portuguese as well!

Sue, Tenant

I absolutely loved living in this charming house. The right blend of community and privacy. Right down the street from Harvard. The landlord and owner is a kind and wonderful man.
